School Resumes September 7...
It is with great excitement that the Brookhaven
Staff welcomes you back to the 2010-2011 school year where
PAW POWER: EXTREME LEARNING IN EXTREME
TIMES
will be our theme. With our extremely capable
staff and extremely supportive parents, we are looking forward
to another outstanding year.
Class List Posting...
Class lists will be posted on Thursday, September 2 at 4:30 pm
in front of the school. The PTA will be providing refreshments
and the 6th grade will be selling snow cones.
In addition, tours of the school campus will be provided -- a
great idea for new students and 1st graders!

During the 2009-2010 school year, our fifth
graders were surveyed on topics such as nutrition, drugs,
violence and safety.

District Policy Regarding Medical
Release for School Activity...
New district policy requires that a student coming to school
using crutches, walker, or wheelchair has a
Medical Release for School Activity signed by their
doctor. Any student attending school with one of these
assistance devices must have this form returned to the school,
or the student’s parent/guardian will be called to pick them up
until such time as the office receives the signed form. Thank
you for your cooperation!
